A Tasting Menu You Actually Want to Order!

Hanna Raskin at the Post & Courier talks with Chef Greg Garrison at Prohibition about his new + improved take on the classic tasting menu concept. Billed as a “casual tasting menu,” it won’t break the bank at $65, and we can attest that it’s utterly delicious.

Pork rinds with local honey and Clemson blue cheese; Warm Oyster Stew with Champagne cream, smoked hazelnut oil and sea lettuces; and Pan-roasted foie gras with smoked beets?

We’ll take two!

    How Cute Are These Two?!

    A good husband/wife duo is always inspiring to us, but add running a slew of successful businesses together into the mix and we are truly floored. We have been honored to work with Dean Andrews + Lynn Easton of Easton Porter Group for the past 4 years now, and continue to be wowed by what they are able to accomplish together.

    Despite super busy schedules running their respective businesses, they seem to always be composed, engaged, and gracious. We are constantly inspired by their unwavering passion + energy for each project they undertake and are proud to call them clients!

      #CHSWFF16!

      Here we go again…gearing up for the 11th annual Charleston Wine + Food Festival. Been eating a lot of salads and hummus in the office this week, prepping to gorge ourselves starting promptly tomorrow at 7 p.m., when our first client event begins. We’ve got clients doing all kinds of fun and fantastical events–check out our calendar below. Big props to the Festival organizers, who with 100++ events seem to be somehow maintaining their composure. Our heads are spinning and we only have a handful!
