Strawberry Blondes + Strawberry Salads in Geraldine Mag

I mean, how pretty is our fav female chef, Amalia Scatena of Cannon Green, in this Geraldine Magazine feature?! And lucky for us, she’s as talented as she is pretty too. We should have posted this after lunch…that Strawberry + Burrata salad is putting our leftovers to shame. Gorgeous.

    GIANT News from Chi-Town

    We’re so proud to announce that we are working with Chef Jason Vincent (James Beard’ “Best Chef: Great Lakes” semifinalist/Food & Wine “Best New Chef”) of the soon to be Giant restaurant in Chicago. Jason was at Nightwood, one of the city’s most acclaimed restaurants, for many years before taking a 2-year hiatus to craft plans for his perfect restaurant, which he plans to open this spring in Chicago’s Logan Square.
