FIG on NPR

If you’ve had Mike Lata’s Sticky Sorghum Pudding Cake, you know how crazy good it is. He actually created this dessert for the first time for our 1st annual Lowcountry Field Feast, back in 2009, and it blew everyone’s minds. He’s kept in on the regular dinner menu at FIG ever since.

This month, writer Rina Rapuano from NPR gets the scoop on Mike’s affinity for sorghum, and lucky for us, we get the recipe for this delicious little cake. Check it out here.

    The Dirt on Limehouse

I am so proud of my new(ish) client, Limehouse Produce, who was featured in a great story by Stratton Lawrence in Charleston City Paper’s latest DIRT. The profile is specifically about Weston Fennell, Limehouse’s produce buyer. Weston knows almost everything there is to know about our beloved fruits and veggies, and is a super nice guy to boot. It’s such a pleasure working with them and I would encourage you to check out the write-up on the City Paper website¬†HERE.
